Using Venn with Claude Browser on one screen and Claude App on the other, I had one agent building a project plan for the Stripe, Venn, and QuickBooks integration and posting results to Notion, while the other researched OAuth DCR RFCs and pulled a Slack chat with teammates. I had 40 prospect intros and wanted to reach out individually to all of them. Using Venn, Claude pulled from the Google Sheet where I track them, looked up every contact in Salesforce, summarized every email thread from Gmail, and compiled all their activity logs, and then had it create a new google sheet with all of this info and prioritize the opportunities, all in one prompt. This would have been at least a full day of work.

I connected Claude Code to Venn with a single MCP connection to sync GitHub and Notion. Instead of copy-pasting between my IDE and dozens of Notion pages and databases, Claude navigated all of it directly with Venn. What surprised me most was how clean my context window stayed. Venn kept Claude focused on the right tools without bloating context with 50+ GitHub and Notion MCP definitions on every turn.

I had notes from two different book ideas in separate places in Notion. I asked Claude to find them and tell me where they overlapped. He executed it really well. That was the aha moment — I just asked, and it went and found the stuff. Cross-referencing is very important when you're researching and writing and it can also be quite time-consuming.
